A Quick Checklist Before You Upload
Before we compress your file, make sure you aren’t making these silly mistakes that lead to form rejection:
- The Ink: You can use either a Black or Blue ink pen, but make sure the paper is completely blank (no notebook lines).
- The ALL CAPS Trap: Please don’t sign your name in block capital letters. Just write it naturally in running handwriting.
- The Aspect Ratio: NTA expects a rectangular image (roughly 100x40 pixels), not a giant square.
How to Shrink Your File Without Ruining the Clarity
